You can cancel your order if the order has not entered production. Our Customer Care will request a cancellation of your order at our warehouse. If successful, we will send you an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the product(s) will be delivered to you and may be returned in accordance with the procedure set out in our Return Policy.
Personalized or custom orders including all apparels cannot be cancelled as we start customizing the products immediately after the order has been received. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect on arrival due to our error. Please see our Return Policy for additional details.
All pre-order sales, where available are final and cannot be cancelled or returned.
